Joan Reid
Instructor, Rally O judge

Joan has been training dogs for many years. She is a certified evaluator for the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) Canine Good Neighbour program and a judge for CARO'S and CKC's Rally Obedience trials.

Joan is a professional member of the Canadian Association of Professional Pet Dog Trainers and the Canadian Kennel Club. In her spare time, Joan volunteers for the Durham Region Humane Society as a Humane Education Instructor and is presently involved with the St. Johns Ambulance Therapy Dog Program.

Joan and her dog Spencer, a five year old standard poodle, have achieved their Canine Good Neighbour, CKC Obedience, the Advance level in Rally O and 2 legs in excellent. Both enjoy playing dog sports such as flyball and agility, attending dog camps and participating in tracking, search and rescue and retrieving.
