Hi, my name is Rudy. I have been coming to Superdog Central for almost two years now. It is thanks to Morgan and all her staff that I am becoming a well-trained sociable member of society as I was well on the way to being unmanageable.
I would like to give special mention to Joan Reid and Ann Whan who had me in their obedience and Rally training classes continuously for almost 9 months. As I have heard Joan tell my owner on several occasions, when she thinks I should be further along in my training, "Remember what he was like when you first came. Never four feet on the ground." Now I am doing agility and flyball and am learning frisby. I still need to remember to stay by my owner's side but I am improving all the time thanks to the help given by Morgan and her team.
I also come to Day Care twice a week so that I can run off my excess energy and can't wait to get here and play all day with my doggy and people friends.

Hi Liz and Naomi,
I just wanted to say how happy I am with the lessons at SuperDog Central. I am not worried about what is going on around me as I know that it is under control with both of you, which allows me to focus on Possum and what I am doing with Possum. I am also happy that I do not need to worry about Possum being disciplined for being unsure of himself, or at other times being too boisterous, at the most I am being given alternate ways to deal with his behavior. I recognize that Possum is probably a dog that someone with more experience should have, but I also believe with the right help I can get him there and learn a lot in the process. Most of all I am so happy that Possum is having fun learning and is actually able to settle down and focus with all of the other dogs.
I know that there are times that I am told to do something in a particular way, and it is not that I am not listening but sometimes my old habits are still there and I need to work on extinguishing them.
I wish that I had been able to go to all of the workshops that Dante gave, and I would have loved to have seen him working his dogs in agility; from what Liz was saying it sounds like it is in line with what I am being taught (but I have a long way to go). I was talking to someone that I knew at the freestyle workshop and she had taken a private with Dante in agility and had said how amazing he was. Hopefully he will be back to SuperDog Central and I can go then and Possum will be at a stage that he can participate.

Dear friends at SuperDog Central,
I am so thrilled that my handsome Westie, Geordie, once again, looks fabulous. I always know that he will come home from his grooming looking spectacular, happy and loving his newest bandana.
I think he really looks forward to his day at the spa. He certainly gets very vocal when we turn onto Holt Road. He also soaks up all the many complements he gets on his appearance.
On a recent visit to our vet, a lady stopped us in the parking lot. She commented on how much I must love my dog because his coat was so beautifully white and the cut was superb. It turned out that she had been a groomer and she was really impressed that Geordie was so well looked after. We heaped lots of praise on the talents of Geordie's groomers at SuperDog Central. Geordie's little chest was puffed out with pride.
It is a great relief knowing that I can count on SuperDog staff to take care of Geordie's special needs. I know he is in very capable hands when I leave him for his grooming. That is just one of many reasons why he has never been groomed anywhere but SuperDog Central. He is a true SuperDog Central groupie.
The TLC you shower on my boy is greatly appreciated. Many thanks for your stellar service.

Hi,
My name is Francesca (aka Frankie) and I've been going to Super Dogs for about 5 months now. I am a high energy Coonhound that needs to burn off puppy energy and SuperDogs certainly gets the job done!
My Dad drops me off in the morning and I overheard him saying to my Mom, that nothing makes his day more than seeing me so happy to go play all day with my friends. He is confident that I am in a place where I am happy and safe.
Mom usually picks me up after work and although I love coming for the Play All Day sessions, I am happy to go, cuz I am ready for bed right there and then. I usually fall asleep in the car on the way home and we only live 5 minutes away.
Mom and Dad love the quiet nights after I've been at Super Dogs and its important that I get that exercise and learn to socialize properly with my pack! It's become a part of my weekly routine and I also look forward to taking more obedience training there too, as well my monthly doggie pedicure (nails clipped) and the attention and love I receive....I tell ya...humans can win lotteries....but I go to Super Dogs! Lucky me!
Thanks to Morgan, Naomi, Liz, Greg and all the folks in the office, daycare and grooming....my mom and dad know I'm in good hands while they are at work all day!

Well, SuperDog Central has my business from now on!
I just wanted to say that I am thrilled with your Doggie Day Care! Marley apparently did really well on his first day and oh boy, he is beat! Excellent! Exactly what he (and we) needed, and tonight is likely the quietest this house has been in a while!
Due to my new work schedule in Toronto, Marley hasn't been getting the exercise or attention he requires or deserves, so I think Doggie Day Care is the perfect solution for a happy dog!
Liz met me this morning and she was very helpful, informative and reassuring (because I was so worried Marley would not be on his best behaviour and get "expelled" from daycare, and I was also racked with guilt over leaving him) and when I picked up Marley this evening, the young man on duty - sorry I didn't get his name - assured me that Marley was a good boy today and invited him back anytime. Your staff are great!

Hello,
I have been bringing my dog Milla to your day care for 2 months now. I just wanted to write a not about how great your facility was! The first time I brought her to day care I was nervous, it was like taking your child to kindergarden.Taunya was so nice and helpful! she awnsered all my questions that a worried mother would have. she was so nice and friendly. Milla is loving it there so much that she gets crazy in the car when we pull in the drive way! I sometimes bring her to daycare even whe I will be home...She is so happy there, and I am so happy when I bring her home and she sleeps untill the next morning! She is only 9 months old so I need all the help I can get to tire her out.
I hope Taunya can see this e-mail as well. Thanks for all your help.

Just wanted you to know that Callaway had an awesome time on Monday. He was sooooo tired when we got him home (not too tired to be excited about eating, though!). We are so pleased. This is the best thing that's happened to him! We laughed at his "report card". He will be happy to see his new friends again and again.
Taunya was great with him and with us when we dropped him off on his "first day". He didn't want to get in the car and lay down in a mud puddle to make his point! He will be really happy to see his new friends again and again.

I would like to thank you, Taunya and the Superdog staff for taking good care of Pal.
I wasn't sure if I should bring Pal to Superdog Central. I have heard great things about this place but Pal was adopted by my family three years ago from a shelter. I was afraid that he may be reminded of his past life and would be upset with me for taking him there. The day he was assessed, was difficult for me to leave him since I wasn't sure how he would react.
As I was driving off I could see him looking at me wondering if I was going to come back for him. Just like sending your child to kindergarten for the first time, I was wanting to turn back. I always tell Pal that I will be back before I go anywhere and he has learned to trust me. My day was spent thinking about him, wondering how he is and if he made some friends. I worried for nothing!
Rushing to get back to my poor dog, only to find him having a great time with his new buddies. I was so relieved. I am so glad he had a wonderful time. He was so exausted when we arrived home. A quick bath and he passed out on the floor.
I will definitely send him to you again, knowing that he was well taken care of. Also, knowing that Pal has approved of the visit as well! Thank you so much for helping my dog enjoy his second chance to a good life. We are planning on adopting one more little friend and can't wait to have you meet him if/when we do.

Dear Morgan and Staff
I must say without a doubt that Superdog Central is the best thing that happens to our dog Nicky (Chocolate Lab, 7 years old). I found that when we took her to other kennels or even people who did it in there own homes do not give the dogs the attention that they need. They did little in the way of exercise with the dogs. You and Your staff (especially Tanya and the rest of the staff) are just fabulous with the dogs. Nicky is so tired after a day at your day care; I don't even have to walk her the next day. When we go away on holidays, we never worry about Nicky, because we know she is in good hands. Superdog Central is the best place for our Nicky. Nicky has so much energy it's nice to take her to a place where we know she will blow of that energy.
Thanks for doing a great job.

Almost a year ago (July 2004), I had to start traveling for work. While my poor Dusty didnit approve. He was used to two walks a day and my undivided attention all day. Frank and I did some research on the web and after speaking to a couple of people at the dog park (Harmony Creek Conservation Area) Super Dog Central was highly recommended.
The first trip for Dusty was exciting. He met other dogs (Shelby and others) and Taunya. Dusty liked them all and so did I. It was Taunya's enthusiasm that made me feel more than comfortable with leaving Dusty with her for the day. At the end of the day I picked up Dusty and I was once again greeted by a cheerful Taunya. Taunya filled me in on the day's events and gave Dusty's report card to me.
Since that first day Dusty hasn't missed a week. He attends Day Care twice a week and loves every minute of it.
Thank you to the staff at SuperDog Central for providing such a safe and fun environment for my Dusty! Special thanks to Taunya (Dusty's Day Care mommy)!!

Hi Morgan
I just wanted to e-mail you and let you know how happy we are after Stuart's first visit to Superdog Central Inc. It is the first time we have ever boarded a dog and are so glad that we did, and glad that it was with you.
Everyone there from Nancy to Shane to yourself were so accommodating, professional and friendly. We picked Stuart up last night after a 4 day stay in the Play-All-Day program, and he was exhausted and actually kind of hesitant to get in the car with us (true!). He kept turning around looking back. Stuart is a 7 month of Portuguese Water Dog puppy and I think that last night was the most quiet night my wife and I have enjoyed since we got him 5 months ago - LOL!

A huge thank you to Morgan and the rest of the staff at Superdog Central for providing the best quality care possile for our dogs, Riley and Gilbert. Whether we drop the dogs off for boarding, grooming, or doggie daycare, we know that they are in the hands of people who truly care about them. The dogs always come home happy, tired and looking (and smelling) wonderful after a groom. Our family is so lucky to have found Superdog Central. We can never thank you enough for the love, fun, and personalized attention that you give to Riley and Gil.

My number one concern since owning Sherman was - how am I going to be able to leave him alone 8 to 10 hours a day and expect him to be a good boy! The solution came a year ago when Super Dogs Central arrived in Clarington. They offer DAY CARE FOR DOGS and yes that is exactly what it is. I drop him off as early as 7:00am to the supervised play area where his fellow playmates await! Experience staff take care of Sherman all day, including time-outs and rest time. At the end of the day, Sherman has had his exercise, interacted with other dogs and has simply had a "Super Dog Day".

We have been taking our chocolate lab, Clark, to Superdog Central's Doggie Daycare Program for about six months. It is good for us as it is good for Clark. He gets a lot of exercise and uses up a ton of energy so that when we get home from work we can relax a little instead of trying to tire him out. He needs the day in between just to get his energy level back up.
His socialization skills around other dogs have improved. He no longer tries to start a play match with every dog we meet when walking, and he shows a level of respect to other animals.
Most importantly are the people that work at Superdog Central; they care for the animals as if they were their own, which is obvious when we see Clark's reaction to them. Morgan is never too busy to help us when we have questions regarding Clark's behavior or health, and has helped us out in a number of situations. Morgan always has stories to tell about Clark's day with his buddies, and those stories are what makes taking Clark there worthwhile.
We know he is having a great time and enjoys being there, and would highly recommend to anyone to bring their dog to Superdog Central, not just for daycare but for all that they offer.

Just a short note to let you know just how lucky we were to have found SuperDog Central Inc. When Mike and I moved to the East End, we were at a loss where to bring our boys -- Bear & Nanook -- as they had been in a daycare facility in Newmarket where we moved from. To my delight, SuperDog Central Inc. was exactly the place we were looking for.
From the first time I spoke with you Morgan on the phone, I knew I had found the ideal new daycare for my boys. The grounds were perfect for the Husky in my boys, loads of space for them to run. Your staff have always been terrific in their playing and treatment of Bear & Nanook. They have figured out what each individual likes & dislikes and always accommodate their quirks. They come home tired but are more than happy to come back the next day! Again Morgan, thanks for everything you have done for, and with my boys. I tell everyone I know what a special place SuperDog Central Inc. truly is.

We have a beautiful little male Maltese named Biskit. After a few unsatisfying trips to some local groomers, a trainer recommended Superdog Central in Bowmanville to us. Biskit is very anxious when we are not with him so we were a little worried when we left him that first time. He had a great visit and returned home with a clean wagging tail! Morgan Jarvis and her staff were incredible with our puppy.
Biskit is now 11 months old and a "regular"; he has a healthy soft beautiful white coat. He is pampered, the prices are reasonable and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating. It imore than a business - obviously it is a passion.
It is quite a relief to know that Biskit will be well groomed and well looked after in the years to come. We highly recommend Morgan and her team at Superdog Central.
