Upcoming Workshops and Seminars

  • INTRO TO DOCK DIVING with Judy Vodden

In this fun seminar you will be introduced to the exciting new sport of Dock Jumping.  In the morning you will work on your shoreline training. Focus, playing, toy drive, jumping and catching – all skills used to build successful dock jumping techniques.  A quick before lunch dip to get your dogs in the water, then an afternoon of becoming familiar with the pool and dock. Small progressions and positive methods are used to build the confidence in your dog to jump.  A mid session break will include a lunch prepared by our in house chef Chris.   Limited to 6 Dog/Handler teams

  • Dog Scootering

If your dog loves to run, if you can't walk him enough, if he pulls your arm off while simply walking down the sidewalk, try the new dog sport - Scootering.

Liz Jones will teach you the different commands and introduce your dog to the harness and scooter. Most importantly your dog will learn the important skill of pulling!

In the afternoon dogs will learn to pull some weight and be desensitized to the 'unusual' sounds coming from behind them. By the end of the workshop, it is SCOOTER TIME!
